We are looking for a Jr. Architect to join our firm.
Job description:
Design
- Understand and apply fundamental drawing standards and conventions, ensuring accurate representation of information in drawings.
- Proficiently use CAD, Sketch-Up, Lumion, Revit, and other relevant technologies to create plans, elevations, sections, and perspectives as directed by the project architect/project manager and/or partners.
- Incorporate engineering considerations into architectural designs, recognizing their importance in the overall project.
- Develop detailed drawings to effectively communicate design intent under the guidance of your supervisor or department head.
- Take responsibility for the complete design process, from conceptualization to implementation.
- Visit project sites and address queries related to the project based on provided drawings.
Project Management
- Prepare reports for project architects, project managers, and/or partners as required.
- Collaborate with engineers to discuss options, resolve issues, and ensure coordination between design and engineering aspects, resulting in coherent and efficient drawings.
People Management
- Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and effective leadership to earn the respect of the team members and guides design-related activities.
Client Management
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients through floor plans, perspectives, and other visual means, under the guidance of the project architect/project manager and/or partners.
Self-Management
- Exhibit honesty, organization, creativity, and critical thinking skills to effectively express ideas and thoughts to the project team.
- Embrace constructive critiques and willingly incorporate changes directed by your supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
