Job Summary
Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing cargo transactions specifically in the areas of Documentation & Validation, Preparations of Bill of Lading (BL), Cashiering, BL Clearing, Manifesting, BL Adjustments, Document Imaging & Processing Systems (DIPS), Empty Releasing and Return to ensure that all Freight transactions are correctly, completely and timely validated and recorded for all internal and external clients in Freight Documentation Management.
Requirements
- Graduate of any four-year course
- With 1 to 2 years extensive work experience in any cargo- related function in a shipping
- industry is an advantage but not necessary
- Familiar in the preparation of Bill of Lading, Delivery Order & Official Receipts
- Knowledge in Freight On-line System is an advantage but not necessary
- Computer literate, knowledgeable in MS office tools
- Business Knowledge, Communication, Interpersonal Relationship, Customer Focus, Problem
- Solving, Time Management and Process Innovation.
