Process and Operations Excellence Specialist (Rolling Intake)

Your responsibilities

• Operations performance monitoring and compliance to set standards.
• Organize / Spearhead weekly and/or monthly meetings with Operations to review their performance.
• Perform regular, periodic process audits to ensure all processes are aligned with the set standards.
• Submission of progress reports on new and existing projects.
• Provide technical support to come up with solutions, and corrective actions to client issues.
• Amendment of Standard Operating plan to update and incorporate process improvements.

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree (any course).
• Newly graduated or 1 yr. experience in the Logistics Industry.

Skills and Competencies Requirements

• Six Sigma experience, Statistical Analysis, and Quality Control methods
• Proficient in MS Applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio (Flowchart)
• Problem-solving skills / critical thinking.
• Attention to detail.
• Communication skills.
• To be assigned in Metro Manila.
