Project Associate (Rolling Intake)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Manage multiple clients and projects related to web design, multimedia arts, and digital marketing.
• Perform systems analysis and project scoping.
• Prepare critical path schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Improve internal processes related to project management and operations.
• Collaborate with clients, developers, and designers to align expectations.
• Lead regular project meetings and perform User Acceptance Testing.
• Write technical documentation and attend client calls as necessary.
• Participate in pitches to brands.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• A Bachelor's degree with a passion for digital arts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle pressure gracefully.
• Experience in managing projects or using project management software is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience, though fresh graduates with relevant exposure are welcome.
