Qualifications:
The field Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing field sales teams. The Supervisor is accountable and is expected to address the overall sales team, ensure that field sale representative is well-trained and ensure that all sales goals are met.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred
- Two (2) years of previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
- He has Demonstrated and proven sales results.
- Should manage the work schedules of the field staff, adjusting them as needed.
- Should be able to map the area or coverage for sales to maximize sales.
- Can work under extreme pressure on sales target
- Experience in people management
- Knows how to review and manage calendars and tasks.
- Provide timely reports to Operations Manager using Microsoft word or excel applications.
- Knows how to drive a four-wheel vehicle with License Code at least A & B (1,2).
Compensation:
- Php 13,000- 15,000/ month (13th-month pay, Government mandated contribution)
