RESPONSIBILITIES
The Technical Business Analyst will be part of Digital Consumer Technology that handles different digital properties of ABS-CBN. The Technical Business Analyst liaise between the stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and create business and technical requirements.
- Coordinates with different internal and external teams to gather requirements and information
- Creates user stories, business and technical documentation such as API documentation and solutions document
- Prepares and conducts presentations, data gathering, and training to internal and external teams
- Works closely with stakeholders and development team
- Monitors and measures value of the released product features
- Conducts quality testing if needed
REQUIREMENTS
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or any related field
- Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Must have experience writing technical documentations including, but not limited to, user stories, use cases, data flow diagram, API documentation, and gap analysis
- Experience using UML for process and requirements documentation
- Experience working as a Developer or Agile Tester is a plus
- Experience working at least 1 year in an Agile environment
- Experience working on digital projects and content management system is a plus
