JOB SUMMARY
The BEU Account Associate is responsible for creating branded sales sponsorship and partnership opportunities as well as in encouraging the use of the company’s products and services for promotional / advertising needs of companies outside the traditional distribution, thereby generating the gross revenue target set for the department each year.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receives concept brief/storyline/sequence treatment/script from creative and casting team.
- Responsible for promoting AFPI’s products and services offered to existing and potential clients through Integrated Sales and Marketing.
- Identifies sponsorship opportunities.
- Preparation of decks & actual presentations.
- Handling of direct accounts / cash / non-cash or a combination of any type of transaction / project as assigned by superior.
- Project management and management of completion report as necessary.
- Secures department head’s approval on presentation decks and ad sales and sponsorship.
- Coordinates with concerned group/s on feasibility of ad sales sponsorship opportunities.
- Targets prospective sponsor/s based on finalized directions set.
- Conducts follow-ups on the status of proposals.
- Negotiates with integrated account sales/ client on sponsorship terms and cost and packages.
- Coordinates with concerned group/s on feasibility of terms.
- Responsible for expanding/increasing current sponsorship database, as well as in identifying and developing potential business partners.
- Responsible for managing existing and top accounts to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Secures department’s head approval for adsales & sponsorship terms and cost, if necessary (in case the cost, discounts and coverage are beyond the basic offers).
- Receives and reviews draft of formal agreement.
- Secures department Head and MD’s approval or authorized signatory of client.
- Secures client approval of draft.
- Secures Departmen’s head and MD’s signature on the final agreement.
- Secures client signature on the final agreement.
- In close coordination with sales strategy group and cluster head/CIAs and BEPs for Adsales pipeline and GTM presenttions.
- Responsible for identifying sources of revenue for the department other than those generated from the usual product offering.
- Briefs concerned groups on timetables for implementation.
- Accompanies account sales/ client to the sponsored activity.
- Maintains constant communication with integrated sales groups and ad agency/clients.
- Implementation from end to end deliverables of the LOB.
- Files all on-screen brandings and clippings.
- Provide support and coordinate with Local/International Sales, events, music servicing and Audio/Video Marketing and production on the full implementation of the business contract deals.
- Furnishes a copy of the final agreement.
- Requests billing statement from Finance.
- Conducts follow-ups of payment with client.
- Updates mixed collection and payment report to Branded Entertainment Unit Head.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of Marketing Business Management, AB Communication Arts, Sales and/or Advertising related courses
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Powepoint) and Canva
- Able to come up with creative ideas to present to clients
- Has skills on concept and brand campaign decking, client presentation, and customer service role acumen
- Experience in sales and marketing is an advantage
- Willing to do field work and set client meetings
