DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, update, and cascade policies, standards and processes based on leading industry standards.
Lead the Enterprise Technology (ET) Change Management Process.
- Establish and monitor internal ET KPIs and SLAs and by identifying and implementing improvements to ET.
Assist in ensuring that ET strategy and roadmap are aligned with the over-all business strategy.
- Manage, review, and communicate ET program, project, and service portfolios.
- Prepare, analyze, maintain, and communicate ET Risk register and ET business continuity plans.
- Manage ET suppliers and contracts database.
- Assist in contract reviews and execution of contracts and agreements.
- Assist in ensuring that vendor relationships are working effectively.
- Ensure that processes, resources, and information meet enterprise internal control system requirements by collaborating with both internal and external audits.
- Ensure that a transparent and complete budget for ET accurately reflects planned expenditures.
- Ensure that costs for services are allocated in an equitable way.
- Ensure that budgets can be accurately compared to actual costs.
- Ensure that assets / licenses are compliant and aligned with business needs.
- Ensure that assets are maintained at optimal levels.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of BS degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or other related field.
- At least 2 years work experience or combined exposure to IT Governance, Risk Management, Vendor Management, Portfolio Management, Service Management, Asset Management, Systems Review, and Audit is preferred but not required.
- Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or other governance frameworks are a plus.
- Work experience in broadcasting or related industries is a plus.
