RESPONSIBILITIES

Helps prepare services and details for music video shoot.
Assists production staff (stylist/ wardrobe, directors, music video producer and other members of the team)
Acts as a coordinator between the line producers to the music video producer as to other members of the team as well.
Performs administrative work (e-forms, RMS, payables and paperwork etc.)
Participates in brainstorming activities for concept pegs of music videos
Conducts pre-production meetings with the team
Secures and manages artist and independent contractors’ availability
