Your role
Avaloq is looking for aspiring students to fill the role of HR Operations in Makati, Philippines.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Supporting in maintenance of Employee Personnel Files
- Supporting in Onboarding Activities
- Supporting in Offboarding Activities
- Assisting with Government Statutory reporting or any related report (as needed)
- Participating in HR Operations Meetings (Bi Weekly, TRILA etc)
About you
To be considered for the role, you must have these qualifications:
- Currently taking up Behavioral Sciences related course (i.e., Psychology, Human Resources Management, Organization Development etc.)
- Willingness to work in an Agile environment – we need someone with an appetite for building.
- Must have creative flair and strong visual sense
- Proficient in the MS Office Applications (i.e., Word, PPT, Excel)
- Passionate to learn one or various facets of Human Resources Management Specially Talent Acquisition
- Must have keen eye for details, and with good communication skills
- Can start immediately
- Duration should be at least 300 hours+ or 3 months+
