Agile Product Manager null

Job Description: 

• Provides direction on what the Agile Tribe focuses on to achieve the best business outcomes.
• Responsible for managing a “product”, “service”, or group or products and achieving the Agile Tribe’s business goals.
• Responsible for the Agile Tribe’s key performance indicators depending on its tasks (such as P&L, NPS, market share, systems, availability, etc.,)

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Defines the product vision and product roadmap for the Agile Tribe. Makes product lifecycle decisions (i.e. piloting, scaling, decommissioning,)
• Defines and enforce quality standards (non-functional requirements)
• Interact with Solutions Architect to understand the key properties and changes to technology infrastructure and determine the best way to work with the restrictions.
• Validate implementation solutions and define product acceptance criteria to aid signing off significant deliverables.
• Shape the Agile Tribe’s Backlog. Define and prioritize streams and epics for the Tribe.
• Synchronize the product vision with Agile Team Leads and Teams.
• Conduct quarterly business planning for the Agile Tribe and prepare QPR (Quarterly Priority Review).
• Set goals during release planning.
• Design and maintain the product roadmap.
• Manage expectations of all stakeholders.
• Lead the formulation of the Agile Tribe and Teams mission and goals
• Create an atmosphere of confidence and trust in the Agile Tribe and motivate the team to deliver the Agile Tribe’s commitment.
• Make proposals on the Agile Tribe’s composition and headcount.
• Manage the Agile Tribe budget.
