Job Requirements:
The Tribe leader provides direction on what the Tribe focuses on top achieve the best business outcome for the Technology Platform and Infrastructure tribe.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accountable and manages the budget of the tribe Lead the formulation of the tribe goals and mission
- Responsible to ensure the teams under the tribe achieves its OKR (Objective Key Results) and its tribe mission.
- Define vision for products and present to the tribe
- Ensures the team follows all the tribe ceremonies
- Validate implementation solutions, define product acceptance criteria for technology platform and governance
- Shape the tribe backlog and define and prioritize streams and epics for the tribe
- Conduct quarterly business planning for the tribe and prepare QPR (quarterly priority review)
- Set goals during release planning
- Design and maintain product roadmaps
- Manage expectations of all stakeholders
- Create an atmosphere of confidence and trust in the Tribe and motivate the team to fulfill Tribe’s tasks
- Supports the design and execution of IT transformation to Agile and Tribe setup.
Minimum Job Requirement:
Education:
Bachelor Degree (S1) Degree in Technical/Information System/Other related educations
Experience:
Minimum of ten years' experience in implementation of IT products and systems in similar environment.
Certifications/licenses (are an advantage):
- TOGAF certification
- Technical certification (e.g. Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Java)
Essential Capabilities:
Technical:
- Demonstrable extensive experience in IT Transformation in Technology including cloud, devsecops, and integration.
- Demonstrable experience in ability to lead the building and maintenance of application lifecycle roadmaps aligned with the Enterprise Technology Roadmap and Enterprise Architecture.
- Experience in monitoring and managing IT risks mitigation plans, and strategies related to application domains and corresponding systems
Generalist and Broader Capabilities:
- Very good knowledge of ITIL-based processes, alignment of business and IT capability, governance, and change management as well as project management both for water and agile methodologies
- Experience in Tribe/Agile Setup
- Proven track record of strong stakeholder engagement, problem solving, risk and conflict management, complimented by excellent communication skill
- Good analytical skill & can think out of the box
