Calls leads/generated inquiries from different external campaigns that the Marketing Team does for developer clients.
Can answer basic information about the client’s (developers) developments.
Takes detailed call notes and records from the inquirers.
Meets or exceeds daily call targets
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
Communicates effectively on the phone.
Can learn about new projects/developments quickly.
Knows how to market each product or service.
Works well independently and is good at time management.
Maintain detailed records of outgoing and incoming calls and can follow up information and outcomes.
Engage with the customer in conversation by asking further and necessary questions like a.)what property they like or need, b.)how much is their budget, c.)preferred location, etc. Ask relevant leading questions to understand the customer's needs and recommend the best product or service for their purposes.
Requirements
An undergraduate student enrolled in the current school year
An excellent speaker and writer in the English language
Equipped with your own Internet connection at home
Passionate and prepared to learn about the e-commerce industry
An independent intern who requires minimal training and supervision
Target-oriented, collaborative, tech-savvy
Collaborative and fun to work with
Can render at least 300 OJT hours (8 hours a day)
Can start ASAP
