Repair, Warranty Orders & Insurance Required Information
Support specialists in order creation and data collection
Issues and coordinates repair and warranty orders with other EFM sections for components to be repaired
Coordinate with other BUs to support data collection of Specialist for insurance & warranty claims
Cost control & recovery
Identify possible anomalies from the removal of a component prior to issuance of the repair order
Collect and Evaluate information along with the Specialist relative to repair, insurance, and warranty claim
Contract Management
Ensure proper governance of outsourced warranty and repair oversight services.
Escalate non-conformance based on the agreed service level and address remedies
Administrative
Formulate data relative to Repair and Warranty and Insurance Management
Supports the business unit as required by the Manager, Director, or Head of EFM
Safety Management
To actively participate in CEB SMS by ensuring that the highest reasonable level of safety performance is achieved by complying with all applicable safety and security laws, regulations, and standards, and by reporting all accidents, incidents and hazards.
To ensure the unit’s adherence to company rules and regulations.
To delegate his authority and responsibilities to an Officer-In-Charge (OIC) in case of being absent from duty.
Qualifications
Preferably with Degree in Aeronautical engineering or any aviation-related course
Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience as a Material Planner.
Computer literacy (MS Office – esp Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
Knowledge/understanding of the aviation industry and its hierarchy
Knowledge/understanding of repair management, warranty, and insurance
Preferably with a PRC license or CAAP license
Fresh graduates with related internship experience may also apply.
