Consumer Insight Specialist null

Job Responsibilities: 

• Plans, coordinates, facilitates, and supervises consumer testing as prioritized and scheduled;
• Completes the work plan folio - p1, cost estimate and screener/questionnaire
• Select locations where the product test will be held based on respondent criteria and historical data;
• Coordinates for and prepares needed samples and materials for consumer testing;
• Performs data review, statistical data processing, analyses, and interpretation of product testing results.
• Participates with the team in developing questionnaires to be used in the product consumer testing;
• Participates in the design and methodology to be used in the product test ;
• Supervises field interviewers and laboratory assistants in the conduct of consumer testing.
