Your role

You will play a significant role in business support by performing various and complex administrative assignments requested by client servicing teams, such as:

• Prepare and review corporate draft documents within agreed deadlines
• Coordinate with colleagues worldwide to gather required information and legal documentation
• Assist in making updates of internal database systems
• Track and report progress of your corporate tasks and assignments
• Perform various other administrative assignments per request of client servicing teams and coordinate work with other Citco locations

About you

• College or University degree (can be fresh graduate)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Flexible, proactive, keen attention to details and team player
