- Staying knowledgeable about our products
- Has knowledge in opening new potential partnerships with other online sales partners or new clients
- Recommending related products to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experience
- Explaining the benefits and functions of products, method of preparation and how to use our products
- Promoting and offering special sales
- In charge of handling e-commerce sites from posting of products, the printing of waybill, making sure that the orders are delivered.
- Accepting and processing orders, and resolve returns issues
- Establish a strong web presence of our e-commerce stores, social media site and other web pages.
- Updating databases and inventory lists
- Answer inquiries of portal clients
Qualifications:
- Has full background or experience in online selling and negotiation skills with other online sales platforms
- Knowledgeable in e-commerce sites like Shopee, Lazada, Shopify etc.
- Candidate must possess at least Vocational or Bachelor's/College Degree in any related field
- With strong communication skills
