Your role

The intern will assist the Clean Air Asia FAS team with the following tasks:

  • Organizing and filing electronic project records and documents in the Clean Air Asia server.
  • Updating the online Contract Database with project details and outputs.
  • Updating project summaries taking information from project files and online sources.
  • Updating project files and documentation based on Contract Management requirements.
  • Assist in other FAS tasks as may be required from time to time.

About you

Eligibility requirements & criteria

  • The intern required for this task should be a new graduate or undergraduate student in a relevant field such as office administration, business management, and other business administration courses.
  • The intern should possess average proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (word, excel) with good typing skills and demonstrated attention to detail, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • It is expected that you can be able to quickly grasp the importance of tasks assigned and can work independently.

Benefits

The chosen intern will be appointed for three (3) months. Clean Air Asia offers a modest allowance and flexible schedule during the internship period but does not fund local/ international travel or provide accommodation for the accepted intern.

This internship is open to candidates residing in the Metro Manila area. Clean Air Asia is currently in a hybrid working set-up. This internship requires reporting to the Clean Air Asia Office at least three (3) times per week and two (2) days work-from-home.

Training & development

Complementary materials provided for self-paced training courses include reference materials, case studies, assessment tools, and software applications for in-depth learning and application of each air quality management area.

Training also covers techniques for developing and implementing public awareness campaigns on air quality issues, conducting environmental research, and gaining practical experience through field studies and surveys.
