Manage the day-to-day office operations, such as but not limited to bills payment, housekeeping, pantry supplies and maintenance, office supplies, parking, reception, and coordination with the building maintenance
Perform executive secretarial duties for the CEO and the COO, which includes, but is not limited to, calendar maintenance, travel arrangement, handling confidential documents, and research
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of a bachelor's degree; open to fresh graduates who like research, data, and financial analysis
At least one year of experience in working with executives
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft applications
Tech-savvy and startup mindset
Willing to work in-site at BGC, Taguig
