What you will do:

• Security clearance of the new customers at CloudTalk app and verification of client’s information.
• Professional technical support for existing or new customers. You’ll learn new information and skills every day.
• Developing and strengthening great relationships with customers.
• Communicating with various types of companies, people and cultures (we have customers from all over the world).
• Taking part in creating technical documentation, knowledge base and troubleshooting documentation for internal and external purposes.
• Contributing to the continuous growth of our amazing team.

What we are looking for:

• Fluent written and spoken English. Other languages are a plus.
