JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with the HR Manager on all activities in relation to the reason for existence of the position.
Communicate with the department heads about development concepts and processes as well as promote organizational development by designing and implementing performance appraisal systems that increase the productivity while using the company resources.
Develop organizational assessment procedures, interpret results, and prepare recommendations and action plans.
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness within human resources program.
Create feedback mechanisms that build on organizational and individual capabilities, as well as evaluate the effectiveness of these mechanisms regularly.
Track and communicate progress, obstacles and challenges to the top management as needed.
Research and analyze data to identify skill gaps and create strategies to address organization and departmental concerns.
Design, oversee and implement training programs and outreach efforts.
