Your responsibilities

  • Ensure the unit is CAS-accepted before the start of MEP works.
  • Witness and accepts system test endorsed by a subcontractor for the functionality test of electrical and plumbing fixtures.
  • Ensure processed quality control records/checklists are available and adequately controlled.
  • Reports recurring defects to SME/Supervisor to find the root cause.
  •  Conduct toolbox meetings to promote safety awareness on risks and hazards associated with the MEPF works.

About you

  • Graduate of the Bachelor of Technical - Vocational Teacher Education Major in Electrical Technology / Bachelor of Engineering Technology - Major in Electrical Technology / BS in Industrial Technology.
  • Able to read and interpret plans and specifications.
  • Able to implement standard work sequence according to schedule tied up to the general construction schedule.
  • Able to evaluate quotations from suppliers/subcontractors accurately.
  • Able to identify and evaluate changes in plans and specifications.
  • Able to collate technical data.
  • Able to conduct basic engineering computation.
