Your role
As a Turnover Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
Punch listing / Quality control
- Inspect units for turnover and prepare a punch list of items to be rectified by Construction Group for dressed units for turnover to client.
- Ensures the quality of units for turnover to clients.
- Keeps an organized monitoring of the dress-up status of units for turnover to clients.
- Monitors and witnesses functionality test of electrical and plumbing before acceptance of the units
- Checks units before unit turnover. Inspects the completeness of units to avoid clients' punch list and to provide good quality units.
- Supervises dress-up units.
- Inspect the units and prepare a punch list of items to be rectified/repaired by the sub-con to ensure the quality of the unit before turnover to the clients.
- Facilitates unit acceptance of clients.
Turnover
- Ensures the complete rectification of the client's punch list items.
- Facilitates the unit inspection and acceptance to the clients, assists them with the amenities, and endorses the clients to the PMO for the orientation after inspection.
- Prepares all necessary documents for the signature of clients during acceptance of the unit.
- Coordinates with the Client Coordinator regarding schedule and unit status updates.
- Prepares the turnover documents daily.
Documentation, Monitoring, and Reporting
- Updates project monitoring for released clearance, PCG accepted units, and status of ongoing dressed-up units.
- Monitors warranty complaints. Compiles complaint form received by PMO to be forwarded to PCG.
- Submits the complete Meralco and turnover docs weekly.
- Compiles the total client accepted assisted by another turnover assistant.
- Prepares total client accepted and total released clearance.
About you
To apply, you must have the following qualifications:
- Graduate with a BS in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Willing to be assigned to any project site.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
