Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's College Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology/Diploma Courses in Compensation and Benefits or equivalent field;
Minimum of two (2) years of work experience directly handling timekeeping;
Highly skilled in manually processing timekeeping;
Considerable knowledge in operating a timekeeping system;
Exceptional understanding of the basic labor ruling on timekeeping and other significant laws in attendance;
Conversant with any form of Human Resource Information System (HRIS);
Skillful in the use of various Microsoft Applications;
Prepares regular reports as reference for various management decisions;
Exhibits familiarity with other human resources functions such as but not limited to administrative assistance extended;
Notable efforts as a self-starter on the job;
Extensive level of resourcefulness; AND
Productive in an environment of targets and deadlines.
Advantageous if applicant is:
Exhibiting high level of integrity on the job;
Exceedingly attentive to details;
Displaying well developed interpersonal skills; AND
