• Knowledgeable in MS office applications
• Reliable and Can work with minimal supervision
• Willing to work in Makati City

Responsibilities: 

• Reviewing the company debtor list.
• Contacting clients and informing them of past-due accounts.
• Advising clients on available payment alternatives and recommending payment methods.
• Negotiating appropriate payment schedules.
• Keeping track of client payments.
• Creating financial statements for customers to be given to banks and the state credit department.
• Creating final notification letters that serve as cautions to clients when payments are late.
• Bringing legal action when debtors fail to make payments.
• Answering client inquiries.
• Contacting insurance companies and law firms to arrange payments.
