Your role

• Collaborate with the Chicago-based accounting department to facilitate the onboarding process of newly acquired properties.
• Accurately recorded and coded transactions based on bank information and uploaded supporting documents on a day-to-day, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Perform essential bookkeeping functions.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements by legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
• Contribute to team efforts by achieving the necessary results.
• You'll also be instrumental in processing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents, all while adhering to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.

About you

• Possession of at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality results. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficiency in building rapport with team members, colleagues, clients, and service providers.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup and night shift schedule.
• Willing to be assigned to one of their locations in Baguio City.
