Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support to EFT sure customers and stakeholders, utilizing both ticket-based and voice support methods.
Your role will also involve immersing yourself in the intricacies of the Australian financial process, gaining a comprehensive understanding of its nuances.
Perform Supplier Verification Activities.
Make phone calls to Australian companies to confirm payment details.
Provide high-quality customer support for EFT sure Clients and stakeholders (Ticket-Based and Voice Support).
Familiarize yourself with the Australian financial process.
Develop expertise in their service and application, capable of working with minimal supervision.

Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent Bachelor's Degree.
Possesses good functional, technical, and analytical skills.
A background in Financial Applications and Australian Financial Processes.
Has experience in supporting live applications managing business-critical technical functions and ensuring SLA compliance.
Experience in voice call support.
Demonstrates a positive "can-do" attitude.
Can interact effectively with customers, peers, and management via multiple communication channels.
Possesses knowledge of MS Office and Windows OS navigation.
Open to fresh graduates.
