Your role

• Respond to client inquiries via multiple platforms, providing insightful solutions.
• Maintain event calendar and contribute to scheduling accuracy.
• Cultivate valuable client relationships, enhancing their conferencing experience.
• Prioritize tasks within set deadlines, maintaining high service levels.
• Assist with billing entries and post-call analysis.
