Your role

Job Overview

The Barrington Finance team is looking for a Media Procurement Specialist to add to their growing team. The hire will be responsible for assisting the team in daily administrative tasks such as reconciling media logs, maintenance of the databases, and assisting in accounts payable responsibilities. 

Responsibilities:

• Data entry and validation (primary responsibility) - Reconcile media logs to ensure that reported spot (air) times of ordered commercials correlate with records and run as ordered. 
• Database Maintenance– Run reports within the internal system to monitor payment statuses and media buy details. 
• Online/offline payment – make online payments for invoices through pay portals, as well as offline payments (Check requests/fax and email forms, etc.). 
• Credit Card Reconciliation – Reconcile credit card payments against credit card statements to ensure all payments have been processed with the correct amounts. 
• Various tasks are to be assigned on a continuing basis.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel. Heavy excel data entry.
• Attention to detail, project management, and strong organizational skills.
• Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
