Your role

• Respond to inquiries from prospective and current customers.
• Follow up with reminders to complete tasks.
• Provide clear communication, embodying the Outgo brand.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide instructions.
• Escalate application denials when needed.
• Create Outgo accounts for new customers.
• Educate customers about their products and services.
• Follow SOPs and SLAs.
• Provide operational support to Sales and Operation teams.

Compensation & benefits

According to research, the estimated salary for an Onboarding Specialist is PHP 20,000 - PHP 30,000 per month.  Employees can expect the following benefits include:
