Your role

• Handles both inbound and outbound calls.
• Contacts clients to obtain missing information or answer queries to fill out orders and quotes for customers.
• Coordinates all logistics for events, conferences, and tradeshows.
• Assists the sales and marketing teams with the production of routine emails, quotes, scheduling, and other clerical items as needed.
• Performs CRM administrative work such as data entry, list uploading, list cleansing, reports, etc.
• Maintains the Marketing calendar, scheduling and coordinating shows and conferences, shipping and logistics of show materials and booth items, rental items, carpets, networks, etc. for all marketing efforts.
• Provide administrative support for the CEO and Chief Commercial Officer, including scheduling, email, and other administrative support as needed.
