Your role
Handles both inbound and outbound calls.
Contacts clients to obtain missing information or answer queries to fill out orders and quotes for customers.
Coordinates all logistics for events, conferences, and tradeshows.
Assists the sales and marketing teams with the production of routine emails, quotes, scheduling, and other clerical items as needed.
Performs CRM administrative work such as data entry, list uploading, list cleansing, reports, etc.
Maintains the Marketing calendar, scheduling and coordinating shows and conferences, shipping and logistics of show materials and booth items, rental items, carpets, networks, etc. for all marketing efforts.
Provide administrative support for the CEO and Chief Commercial Officer, including scheduling, email, and other administrative support as needed.
