Your role & responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to support Donald Ung, the COO, in various tasks and assignments. You'll need to maintain a high level of responsiveness and attention to detail as you collaborate across multiple communication platforms, including Slack, phone calls, text, email, and Telegram.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the COO on various daily tasks and assignments.
• Proficiently handle research tasks, including gathering information and applying it to assigned projects.
• Draft and format responses to clients via email, Telegram, and Slack.
• Emulate the concise style of responses preferred by Donald Ung.
• Ensure immediate responsiveness to phone calls, Slack messages, emails, and Telegram messages.
