Prior to its incorporation, the Company was a division of Megaworld Corporation (formerly, Megaworld Properties & Holdings, Inc.) and was then known as its Community Housing Division. In 1994, Megaworld Corporation decided to spin off its Community Housing Division into what is now the Company for the purpose of separating its high-end residential and office business from its lower and middle-income housing business.

Your Role

• Ensure that verification tasks are being done timely and accurately.
• Handle payment verification and/or application based on approved requests.
• Ensure that delegated accounts for payment verification /application are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Post generated Official Receipt without breakdown delegated by the superior for payment breakdown application.
• Coordinate with other units/departments to accomplish the above tasks
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Compensation & Benefits

Empire East Land pays a base salary between Php13,000 and Php21,000 per month to an entry-level employee. Fresh grads should look beyond the base pay because of the company’s competitive perks:

• 3-5% commission ranging from Php90,000 to Php1 million
• Dental and medical benefits
• Monthly allowance between Php14,000 and Php30,000
• Work-from-home arrangement
