About Empire East

The company is presently engaged in the development and marketing of mid-cost housing projects in the form of condominium communities, subdivision lots and house and lot packages, and commercial units to a limited extent.

Your role

• Supports and assists in all sales requirements.
• Assists and coordinates various plans and programs for sales and marketing to achieve the sales target.
• Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
• Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs.

Compensation & benefits

• 3-5% commission ranging from Php 90,000 to Php 1 million
• Dental and medical benefits
• Monthly allowance between Php 14,000 and Php 30,000
• Work-from-home arrangement
• Free meals during training sessions.
• Annual bonuses and salary appraisal.
• Prosple salary estimate Php 11,100 - Php 38,300.

About you

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Journalism, or equivalent.
• Preferably 1-4 years of working experience in Corporate Sales or equivalent.
• Must have good presentation & communication skills.
• Willing to travel.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
