The company is presently engaged in the development and marketing of mid-cost housing projects in the form of condominium communities, subdivision lots and house and lot packages, and commercial units to a limited extent.

Your role

• Receives all types of collections.
• Posting or issuance of receipts.
• Prepares CV and checks (cancellation/resetting when necessary).
• Conducts inventory, takes custody, and monitors movements of property titles and tax declarations.

Compensation & benefits

• 3-5% commission ranging from Php 90,000 to Php 1 million.
• Dental and medical benefits.
• Monthly allowance between Php 14,000 and Php 30,000.
• Work-from-home arrangement.

• Annual bonuses and salary appraisal.
• Prosple salary estimate of Php 13,000 and Php 21,000 per month to an entry-level employee.

About you

• Graduate of any 4-year business-related course, preferably a Financial Management graduate.
• Computer literate, preferably with exposure to SAP or any other accounting ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented.
