Your role

Enshored is looking for HR Intern who will be given hands-on experience in the following key responsibilities:

• Checking of promotion requests and internal applications and the completeness of required documents
• Help in updating the promotion and internal hiring tracker
• Creation of Performance Review templates
• Encrypting of Performance Review scores to Performance Review tracker
• Creation of Training Certificates
• Help in consolidating internal mobility and performance information to be used in the weekly report
• Other duties as assigned by the Employee Experience Team

About you

To apply, you must possess below qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, or any related field.
• Basic understanding of HR principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Google applications and other accounting software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
