Your role & responsibilities

The HRS team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing activities which include payroll, benefits administration, Onboarding / Offboarding operations, as well as employee data management. This role will involve working with members of the HR Services team to support day-to-day HR operations, assisting the team with administrative tasks in the R& PO team.

Life Cycle Process:

  • Supporting the coordination of onboarding & background checks for new employees. Preparation of submissions to inform the 3rd parties of employee life cycle event changes.
  • Handling live chats and questions from employees across the globe.
  • Helping with life events impacting careers, job changes, and reward management.
  • Managing the termination process and supporting the company alumni.
  • Testing of new technology and enhancements to processes.
  • Running of sessions with end users to gather requirements / demonstrate new products.

System Updates:

  • Identifies trends and initiates process improvements with the Manager or HRSS Project and Services Team.
  • Understands tradeoffs and when to escalate.
  • Understands end-to-end processes deeply and can easily assist in all steps of a multiple-step process. Supports full region and global processes.
  • Manages HR Systems Data and files, ensuring accuracy, completion, and that all are up to date.
  • Handles sensitive and/or complex queries.

Operational Excellence:

  • Assist with knowledge base and HR Systems navigation to resolve employee and manager queries including Workday and HR library.
  • Understands and executes on SLA and KPI's.
  • Provide excellent customer service, high-quality resolution, and consistent support of standard processes by following documented work instructions and ways of working guidelines.
  • Understands and follows compliance requirements for SOX, Employee Data Governance, and other policy requirements.
  • Ensures data accuracy and integrity with all transactions, communications, and stakeholder support.

About you

Who you are (requirements and qualifications):  

  • On track to graduate in 2025 with a Bachelor’s in Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Students looking to complete their On-Job-Training (OJT) as part of the graduation requirement.
  • Based in Manila.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and business proficiency in English.
  • Ability to create accurate and punctual reports, deliver presentations, and share information and ideas with others.
  • Analytically driven and detail-oriented, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package and aptitude to learn new software.
