Your role

As a Network Engineer at Ericsson, you will work in a team environment and leverage your technical skills and understanding to improve the performance of the radio networks ensuring a best-in-class end-user experience.

What YOU will do:

• Work on projects whose objective is to improve overall radio network performance.
• In a team environment, analyze the data collected from drive testing and system counters to make suggestions for performance improvement of the radio network.
• Perform audits of the radio network to baseline performance as a basis for any improvements that can be made.
• Understand customer requirements and together with the team develop the plans for performance improvement of the radio network.
• Whilst working on projects, where possible identify and propose add-on sales opportunities for the design or optimization services
• Support presales engagements where required to define design and optimization proposals for the customers.
• Encourage the development and implementation of analytic intelligence, data usage, and new analytic tools and frameworks where possible whilst working on projects.

About you

Qualifications:

• Fresh Graduate of Engineering courses (2023 onwards), required
• Can work with a hybrid setup.
• Can start ASAP.

• Solid foundation and understanding of mobile communication radio networks  
• Applying your knowledge to identify and propose recommendations to improve radio network performance.
• Ability to identify areas that can be automated to improve efficiencies.
• Applying Data Analytics to support analysis and subsequent recommendations to improve overall radio network performance.
