As a member of our Engagement Management Services practice, you’ll be part of a team that supports the global network of EY professionals to ensure either executives in the organization or client’s compliance and reporting obligations across the globe are met on time.
The Engagement Management Services practice is under our Tax service line. Our globally coordinated tax professionals offer connected services across all tax disciplines to help you thrive in an era of rapid change.
Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of project delivery, from processing the information provided by various teams from across EY, clients, and third parties, analyzing information, processing the data, and ensuring the accuracy of deliverables.
- Develop a high-level understanding of the markets you will be part of and their dynamics like size, people, competency, clients, tier, etc.
- Follow a robust internal review process to ensure high-quality deliverables and excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts.
- Build strong relations and drive effective communication with client and project team counterparts across global locations.
- Ensure engagement management tools are maintained in real-time for client headquarters to access and understand their tax and accounts filling status across the globe.
- Be an integral part of the Global and/or Local Client Service Delivery team, assisting the team in managing client projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Business Economics, or any courses
- Strong in MS Excel - using spreadsheets for data processing and review
- Open to fresh graduates who are interested to pursue a career in financial services and engagement reporting
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Detail orientated / Attention to detail
- Ability to manage ambiguity and be proactive
- Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Listening skills to respond effectively to instructions
