About the Role

As a Digital Designer, you will provide creative EDM marketing and Shopify website design asset solutions to keep our clients on the cutting edge of their industries and make them stand out in the crowded digital world.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• In-depth understanding of email marketing principles.
• Designing and producing eye-catching multimedia content, such as EDMs, web banners, Shopify website assets, and other marketing elements, as needed, in accordance with website specifications.
• Meeting with the project manager to figure out the scope of the project and discussing client requirements and determining the intended audience for the work.
• Researching media techniques and design concepts.

To be a successful candidate, you must not only have extensive digital design experience, particularly in the eCommerce industry, but you must also enjoy constantly learning new design trends and applying them to your projects. The cherry on top is your extensive knowledge of software design and email marketing programs such as Klaviyo, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch.

Position Prerequisites

• Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) marketing experience or knowledge.
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with branding, as well as the ability to conceptualize and execute ideas, is a must.
• Experience with Figma or similar programs is a plus.
• Experience with Klaviyo or similar programs is a plus.
• The ability to work with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms will be highly valued.
