We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will develop and implement a digital and social media strategy for your B2B and B2C clients, combine your digital marketing and social media expertise with the ability to create engaging, professional content for audiences, thrive on all things digital, and have experience writing fresh, engaging, and catchy professional copy.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing, monitoring, executing, and measuring the various social media accounts for your clients including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Developing content marketing plans and calendars.
- Creating content, blogs, advertorials, and engaging social media posts.
- Work with the studio to develop engaging assets and videos.
- Suggesting and implementing new features, tools, or activities to support business or channel objectives.
- Use Google Analytics, and other sources to identify what is working, what could work better, and identify opportunities. You will also use your findings to report progress to the team and clients.
- Responding to all customer queries from digital and social channels.
- Staying up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
- Ensuring all social and digital activities are executed within budget.
Position Prerequisites
- Ability to work on a range of clients.
- You are friendly, fun, and well presented with a love and passion for digital marketing.
- You have experience writing content for newsletters, articles, blogs, lead magnets, social posts/promotions etc.
- You live and breathe social media and know all the tricks and tools to generate success.
- Ability to come up with creative ideas and write engaging content.
- Some experience developing content marketing plans and calendars.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
Education
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or similar
- Personality Fit

- Ability to communicate effectively with people including senior persons and commercial businesses.
