As a Designer, you will be in charge of creating world-class design elements, including concept/wireframes and high-fidelity designs. You will collaborate with a high-performing team of developers, designers, and account managers to provide front-end design and development solutions.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- You will produce best-in-class wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity design — within the allocated time.
- You will complete accuracy in following clients set style and brand guidelines.
- You will provide recommendations and advice to the Account Management Team on the best design and creative approach to achieve effective and valuable solutions for the client.
- You will collaborate with Developers and Account Managers to ensure UX/UI designs suit the development approach, budget, and timeline.
- You will efficiently work to a schedule to meet deliverables on task and project work.
- You will assist account managers to set realistic timeframes for design work.
- You should follow internal design processes.
- You should anticipate potential problems and provide solutions relating to front end design and development.
- You should identify and communicate any possible issues with the Senior team.
- You should assist Senior Designers when required.
- You should communicate well, giving proactive feedback to the team.
- You should identify areas that can be streamlined or automated.
- You should see through a project/task from conception to the finished product.
- Ability to effectively perform high volume workloads with tight deadlines.

UI/UX design for digital assets for Australia's biggest and coolest e-commerce brands will fall to you, so you should have solid agency experience and extensive knowledge of e-commerce website design.

- You should have experience using design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.

Shift Time
