However, this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people. This is why we are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist (Sales Enablement) to join our growing team!
What’s on the menu for you to do:
- Work alongside Sales Operations Team Lead and Sales Management to create scalable processes and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct data analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions across the entire Sales Team and other Commercial Departments.
- Recommend revisions to existing reports, or assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
- Identify opportunities and weaknesses within territories and make proposals to create value and increase operational efficiency.
- Understand data points to provide insights to Sales Management regarding sales performance and operational improvements.
- Ownership of special projects pertaining to the introduction of new processes, products and services of the Sales Team and comfortable to be the first point of contact for all queries relating to the project, handling and addressing issues where appropriate, or else directing queries to the most appropriate contact.
- Drive resolution of critical issues raised by the Sales Team and proactively manage and monitor control efficacy to ensure that any potential risk is minimized
- Support ad-hoc analysis to identify the root cause of operational problems and develop timely solutions
What do you bring to the table?
- Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or any relevant study
- Fluent in the English language with very good written and verbal communication skills and can present solutions and/or train multiple audiences and various levels of stakeholders
- Self-starter, highly resourceful, "hands-on" background with strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly develop workarounds and fixes
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and can thrive in a high-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities and comfortable with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
- Can create new information-related documents and processes (e.g. work procedures, forms, memos documented information, and process flow) as the need arises
- Can identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to help the leadership team understand where the gaps are, suggest and execute fixes
- Has experience working with senior management teams (Stakeholder management requiring persuasion/influencing skills); relationship building and negotiation skills and practices a high level of confidentiality
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides) is required
- Experience in e-commerce is preferred but not required
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems is preferred
- Previous experience in sales, sales operations, account management, project management or any leadership post is an advantage
