Responsibilities

  • Assists in the preparation of monthly and quarterly tax return schedules and electronic submissions.
  • Prepares and releases Certificate of Withholding Tax (BIR Form 2307) issued to suppliers.
  • Assists with the business permit application, renewals, and retirement.
  • Monitors manual books of accounts.
  • Maintains schedule of Expanded Withholding Tax by the customers and collates certificates in coordination with the Credit and Collection section.
  • Assists in the submission of documents to BIR.
  • Assists in handling BIR audits.
  • Assist on the in-line projects of the section.
  • Assists in the revenue issuances analysis and impact monitoring.
  • Safeguards tax-related documents and returns (BIR audit-ready library of documents).

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • Computer Literate
  • Knowledgeable of BIR related matters and transactions with different private and government agencies Computer Literate
  • Knowledge of Oracle System
  • Good communication skills  
  • Open for fresh graduates
