Responsibilities
- Assists in the preparation of monthly and quarterly tax return schedules and electronic submissions.
- Prepares and releases Certificate of Withholding Tax (BIR Form 2307) issued to suppliers.
- Assists with the business permit application, renewals, and retirement.
- Monitors manual books of accounts.
- Maintains schedule of Expanded Withholding Tax by the customers and collates certificates in coordination with the Credit and Collection section.
- Assists in the submission of documents to BIR.
- Assists in handling BIR audits.
- Assist on the in-line projects of the section.
- Assists in the revenue issuances analysis and impact monitoring.
- Safeguards tax-related documents and returns (BIR audit-ready library of documents).
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Computer Literate
- Knowledgeable of BIR related matters and transactions with different private and government agencies Computer Literate
- Knowledge of Oracle System
- Good communication skills
- Open for fresh graduates
