I am a cost accountant and extremely satisfied with the workload that I have it really helps me grow and know more about my chosen profession even though there are so many task or responsibility that is needed to be done on time.
My responsibilities include generating data from the system, conducting analysis, preparing requested reports, validating data, addressing customer concerns, and facilitating meetings for two areas, a workload typically assigned to two individuals (as I am managing both areas).
End to end recruitment, plant tour, employee engagement and monitoring of candidates.
