Application Process & Interviews at Gardenia Bakeries Philippines

The Interview has been a blast wherein they had foreseen the work environment as early as the first interview process, and it had been connected to what I should and will do as a team member of the accounting department. The assessment was also well adverse to what I will be doing inside the company.

The hiring process was very organized, and my Talent Acquisition representative was accommodating. They clearly explained the benefits and provided a detailed breakdown of the responsibilities for the role I was hired for.

As a talent acquisition staff I would say our interview process is good since all interview are virtual. For Pre-employment requirements are all just soft copies.

We have total of 3 interviews, including initial, and technical from prospective initial superior and manager.

The hiring process in the company is thorough. It begins with application screening and followed by a phone screening with TA Acquisition staff to discuss basic qualification. Next is the technical interview with the supervisors to delve deeper into the candidate's fit for position. Then a final interview with the manager.

It was very smooth, I was guided all throughout the recruitment process which I appreciate greatly as a fresh graduate.

The questions that was asked are my strengths and weaknesses, why do I want this job, background about the position that I was applying for and why would they hire me.

I was asked about my skills, my goals career-wise and personal life, my perspectives on several task-related topics

Just be yourself and always research advance before the interview to be ready and be prepared for all possible questions and always maintain a great smile and good personality.

I recommend that aspiring candidates research the company thoroughly, understand its processes, and relate them to their own experiences to demonstrate their suitability for the role.

My advice for the candidates that are applying to our company is to know the position they are applying for. Be confident and ready for the possible questions that they may ask. Don't forget to smile and enjoy the process.
