Candidates for head office positions go through initial interviews, next-level interviews, and sometimes up to 3rd-level interviews. Likewise, the hiring managers occasionally do panel interviews to expedite the hiring process. Once they pass the final interview stage, they will undergo a character reference check and the complete results of it will be shared with the hiring managers for further checking and review. It starts with applying through our chatbot, then if you're shortlisted - you are invited for the HR/Initial Interview. If you passed that, then comes the Technical Interview. Once passed the technical, then comes the Final Interview - but there's already a 70/30 guarantee that you're hired. Once passed all three assessments, you are instructed to complete the reference check, once done with that, then comes the on-boarding and orientation.
