The Chef de Partie – Employee Restaurant is passionate about a service. In this role, you will assist the Sous chef in managing the employee restaurant to ensure that all dishes prepared consistently and according to the standard recipes, pleasing to our internal customers. You will be responsible to organize the set-up the kitchen as effectively as possible, monitor food and operating costs, and manage the kitchen team in your shift.
