We are looking for a personable Host - Guest Service Center (Telecommunications) who will assist in the smooth operation and efficient running of the department. As the hotel’s Host - Guest Service Center, you will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to our customers. 

Qualifications

Ideal local candidate would have held minimum 2 years in a similar role in reputable hotels, and possess the following qualities:

• Highly developed communication, telephone and customer relations Skills. 

• Multi-lingual skills and with translating and interpreting skills.

• Well developed Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email, Opera and PABX Systems.

• Knowledge of Travel and Hotel industry desired.
