We are looking for a personable Host - Guest Service Center (Telecommunications) who will assist in the smooth operation and efficient running of the department. As the hotel’s Host - Guest Service Center, you will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to our customers.
Ideal local candidate would have held minimum 2 years in a similar role in reputable hotels, and possess the following qualities:
Highly developed communication, telephone and customer relations Skills.
Multi-lingual skills and with translating and interpreting skills.
Well developed Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email, Opera and PABX Systems.
Knowledge of Travel and Hotel industry desired.
