Functions :
Grow client base through new partnerships, building segmentation and engagement strategy, and prioritizing retention
Lead the creation and management of webstores
Collaborate cross-functionally with other Departments to gather feedback for the improvement of customer experience
Drive growth and best-in-class customer experience by analyzing and leveraging key insights from, but not limited to, market research; developing new features and services; and finding scalable ways to create and maintain webstores
Develop ideas for and manage implementation of campaigns
Ensure steady and robust execution by your team in delivering exceptional experiences for our client
Develop and establish collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholder
Liaise with external stakeholders (e.g. payment gateways, logistics providers)
